Joanne Lau

Joanne joined Monarch’s Property Team in 2021. Her role is to assist with conveyancing and international legalisation matters. She graduated from BBP University. She is originally from Hong Kong and speaks fluent Cantonese and Mandarins.

She assists in freehold and leasehold acquisitions. This includes:

• Freehold and Leasehold Residential Purchase and Sale
• Freehold and Leasehold New Build Purchase
• Auction Purchase and Sale
• Property Refinancing and Mortgage Transactions
• Transfer of Equity

She also assists with the following legal matter:

• MPF Declaration
